Several scholarships are available to B.A.A. students. Churches, Central California Conference (CCC), Pacific Union Conference, and B.A.A. offer scholarships based on financial need. Contact your church for an application for church sponsored scholarships. Kindergarten Scholarship
Potential Kindergarteners who attend Kindergarten Roundup or visit the school will be eligible to receive a $500 scholarship after enrolling. The enrolling deadline is April 30, 2023. The scholarship is funded by the Pacific Union Conference and BAA. Appointments for Kindergarten Roundup and visiting the school will be available beginning April 7, 2023. CENTRAL CALIFORNIA CONFERENCE (CCC)
CCC Endowment Fund
Eligibility—Both elementary and secondary students. Parents or applicant must hold membership in a CCC Seventh-‐day Adventist church and must demonstrate financial need. Students must maintain an acceptable academic record. Parents or a sponsoring church member must make a financial commitment to the local school. Apply online through FACTS at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. There is a $35 application fee. The deadline is April 30, 2023 for current students and September 15, 2023 for new students.
New Member Fund
First time or recently enrolled students in grades K-12 who have been baptized or who have at least one parent who is a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and who was baptized within the last five years are eligible to apply for a 20% scholarship toward tuition for the first and second year in attendance. Applications are available through pastors and the principal. Three Way Matching Fund
Three-Way Match
Some churches participate in the Three-Way Matching Fund. The church, B.A.A. and CCC each provide
$300 for a total scholarship of $900 per applicant. A maximum of seven scholarships are available to BAA students. Contact the principal or pastor for more information. There is no application deadline.
Pacific Union Endowment Fund
Eligibility—Secondary students grades 9-12. Applicants must contact the principal prior to applying. Scholarships awarded vary based on the number of eligible applicants. Applications are completed online at https://pacuniongrants.smapply.io . Deadline is June 30, 2023
BAKERFIELD ADVENTIST ACADEMY
